some questions stolen from various Sunday paper magazines
In 2006..
All my money went on
my D2X camera
I really admired
Calaisa who managed to get themselves a record deal with Universal by simply not giving up and working so hard for so many years
The shop I couldn't walk past
Mac in Brown Thomas, since learning so much stuff about makeup application and getting loads of new brushes I just couldn't help myself...
My biggest achievement
I think my exhibition in BT2 and selling some of my work was nice.
My biggest regret
I actually don't think I have any. I achieved way more then expected this year.
My fail safe dinner party dish
lasagne
The one place I wanted to visit
Tel Aviv but that didn't happen. Will have to wait until next year.
My ultimate Sunday was spent
Sleeping in and hanging out with Ian
One phrase I used far too often
Yaysies! and Byesies!
most surprising thing that happened to me
The amount of national press coverage I received this year for various things really surprised me I must say!
ideal night out
going for early bird dinner, then to a gig and then stay for club after
film I loved most
James Bond- Casino Royale. yum.
film I thought was so not cool
My Super Ex Girlfriend
favourite TV programme
America's Next Top Model followed by Big Brother, X Factor and Corrie. omg how could i forget my biggest addiction of the year which is Jack Bauer and 24!
midweek night treat
going to a launch or fashion show
Sunday morning cure
Couch, duvet, junk food and Corrie omnibus
album I listened to on repeat
The Charlatans Simpatico
most memorable photoshoot
The 2 day shoot of Calaisa which I did for Universal. Seeing the album finished was brill.
Funniest photoshoot
at the count of 3, throwing little multicoloured plastic balls at The Bleedin Bleedins while I take the photo, and them trying to keep a straight face. I was actually crying from laughter.
gigs I will always remember
Definitely The Charlatans at The Ambassador and at Oxegen
Maximo Park madness in Limerick
best night out
The Things Halloween gig in The Hub
Fun Lovin Criminals tourbus adventures
Blog I kept checking at least 30 times daily
Blogorrah
Other highlights were Electric Picnic, ice skating with the girlies, going on holiday to Sicily, bingo in The George on Sundays, Series 5 of 24, the lovley sunny days we had in Dublin over the summer, BBQs on the roof (until it got stolen! GRRR!!), Hard Working Class Heroes Weekend, MySpace Festival in TBMC etc etc!
