The Bleedin Bleedins Tower Records session

Unfortunately, Miss Mullally never made it....

HWCH - Day 2.

Panda Kopanda

Eskimo Convention

Bleedin' Mike thought it would be a fantastic idea to put the Bleedin' Bleedins pins on his crotch and offer them to the crowd. But then to my disapointment, he changed his mind before going on stage.

You have 2 days left to check out my Hard Working Class Heroes Exhibition downstairs in FilmBase on Curved Street. Temple Bar. HURRY UP !

HWCH Friday

Niall James Hoolahoops (I don't think this is funny, I just REALLY don't know how to speel his name) in Pravda.

Fair Verona in Spirit. They were totally awesome. And I know every photographer there took the exact same feets photo.

Idlewild in the Olympia.

Me and Una are so happy to go to HWCH that we had to do a little dance.

Us being extremely sexy.

Fred in TBMC (why do I see them every time when I don't even like them). I must also mention that this fantastic photo is by Miss Mullally.

John! Yay! Sack. (TBMC)

Rulers of The planet were right after Sack. They were mental as usual except that now I totally hate them (not really, but yes totally) because singer dude decided it would be cool to kick my lens mid song. VERY uncool and UNrock n roll. Dumbass. (It would've been cool if I got a shot of him doing it, but my battery was dying and so my camera was kinda sleepy)

The Mighty Stef in the Hub. He was MIGHTY !

BLEEDIN' BLEEDINS TONIGHT! ! YAAAAAAAAAAY !!

Took this at LA Make Up Academy yesterday.

Joanne

This is Joanne who I shot last week

I love finding stuff about me on the net

I have found this awesome post about my TD photees in Distortionghost's live journal !

Hard Working Class Heroes Festival this weekend!!

taken from hwch.net
HARD WORKING CLASS PHOTO UNDERGROUND VISIONS
Once again, the Hard Working Class Heroes festival will acknowledge the creativity of the music photographer with its exhibition of music photography. Some of Ireland's top music photographers will be displaying their works in Filmbase in the heart of Temple Bar for the duration of the 3 day festival. With a music industry often so driven by image, you will get to see the images, which represent Irelands exploding number of underground and emerging bands.Expect to see works from the likes of: Lili Forberg, Aisling O'Neill, Enda Casey, Graham Smith, James Goulden and many more.

Should be a rockin weekend!! The highlight will definitely be
The Bleedin Bleedins 11.20 @ The Hub.
Another highlight is the photo exhibition happening downstairs in FilmBase. I decided not to display live festival photos from last year, or any press stuff I did for various bands... So go check it out!!! In the meantime, here are some pix of the bands I really enjoyed last year:

London Baby

is where me and Iany were over the weekend. It was fun altho I was (and still am) totally broke because no one feels it necessary to pay me for my photo services. I have never heard so many lame excuses. Freelancing rocks except that if you don't go and chase your money, you are actualy NEVER going to get paid by anyone. enough moaning. here are some photos from London.

Today was so busy I am now ready to drop. Shot Joanne from Assets in the morn, then right after her the gorgeous Kevin from Bscene. I really enjoyed shooting him as he was very creative with his poses and seemed to enjoy being in front of the camera. Sean and Brandon were also there which was brill and the make up artist Nicola was totally lovely so it was a great shoot. Straight after that I did a catalogue shoot for Lucinda Grey in Fashion City. That was fun too although at that stage I was so wrecked..... Sleepies for me now.

The pressure is off...

Shot the lovely Pamela and Caroline from off the Rails today. They were fantastic to work with and even though I was really scared at first, I totally enjoyed myself. All went well and I didn't fuck everything up and my lighting was pretty ok so Yay I'm so relieved. Check out the RTE Guide at the start of September- I think one of these shots will be on the cover... Good night.

Totally Football

Today I'm even more wrecked than I was yesterday. Shot in Tolka Park today. It was fun, but my photos kinda suck. Or maybe I just can't see properly anymore. Or maybe they do really suck. oh no what if I'm really shit. I need sleep. doesn't my camera bag look so cute on it's own in the middle of the field? bless.

Guess who's fucking wrecked

I am !

This is the lovely studio which I use in Temple Bar. (it doesn't look as lovely without all my equipment and backdrop) had such a stressful morning carrying everything into town and setting everything up but I'm so glad I did it as it was good practice for the Off the Rails girls on Wednesday. (I'm still so scared and nervous) Thank god the girl I was meant to shoot in the morning cancelled because I think I would have died from stress trying to put that backdrop up on time. and YAY I have tmrw morning off. TD shoot got moved to 1pm.

Me testing the lights

This is Lisa's first ever photo shoot. She totally kicked ass.

the pose i asked her to do was real sweet because you could see the (oh my god so gorgeous shoes) but I quite like this shot when she couldn't hold the pose..

does it look like she only has one arm though??
