I had no weekend as I was working on Saturday and Sunday. So Monday & Tuesday = my weekend. Although there is no XFactor so it just isn't the same without Simon.

Here is me on a shoot on Sunday shooting the gorgeous Rachel Montague. This was such a fun shoot and also included my fave models Emma and L'Or as well as the beautiful Alexa.

its been quiet on the blog front... just can't find the time these days am sooooo busy. Here's me yesterday on a photoshoot for Irish Tatler.

last time I shot Beatrice she went for a real cutsie girl next door look. This time she went for a much stronger sexier look which really suits her. Models have to update their model card (zedcard) basically every season and so reinventing yourself with a new look is important - and quite difficult too. Finding outfits which aren't the same as everyone else's and new ideas for poses..

The fire alarm in my building has been going off for the last 20 mins. it is so loud :(
I am presuming there is no fire because it goes off every other day for no reason.
Now I have freaked myself out thinking maybe this time it is a real fire and I have to go downstairs. But the lifts don't work when the fire alarm is on and I REALLY don't feel like going 7 floors but now it still hasn't stopped so maybe I should. Although we all know it is going to stop when I get downstairs.
AAAAARGH!

I was in Germania on Saturday night to shoot a wedding. Just got back and now I'm soooooo tired (so what's new) I have been shooting loads of stuff for publications recently so I can't put pics on the blog until they are published.. And speaking of published.. I am proud to be part of a new music publication run by the legend that is Mr. Roger Woolman (aka The music Photographer) All will be revealed next month.. Check into state.ie for updates.

LA Make Up Academy today

On the way to LA Make Up this morning, I had to do two other jobs for the Trib one of which involved a visit to the Archbishops Palace and taking a portrait of him. I was a bit stressed because the Archbishop was almost an hour late for his photee taking session, meaning I was going to be really late for LA Make Up meaning I only got to do his portrait in approx. one minute. Thankfully it turned out ok and I was able to rush back into town. I was quite late. So not my fault though.

Came home from Germania late last night and then had a photoshoot early this morn (8am! way too early!!) then another shoot at 11, then had to head over to Whelans to do a portrait shoot with Lightspeed Champion who was lovely, and a great character to shoot. THEN had to rush over to Sandymount for a job for The Sunday Tribune. pfew. Then I met Yoco and Anto and then Ian came in and we had dins in FXB's in Temple Bar which was yummsies (and pretty cheap too! 20 squids for 2 course meal. Big massive steak mmmm..) Then I was going to check out Lightspeed Champion in Whelans (thanks Dan for the guestlist!) but I was too wrecked so just went homesies.. So basically I have been running around like a psycho all day. Same will happen tomorrow. And the day after. And everything I am shooting is for publications so I cannot put anything up until it is published.. :-(

my new favourite band The Kinetiks who I did promo for a while back launch their new single Shuffle Your Feet in The Hub on Friday. They are great live so do check them out.

pic was taken in Smithfield outside the breakfast place on the square which is NEVER open but still for some reason I dont think its closed down or anything. I'm convinced it opens at psycho hours only. Am I wrong??
