Jesus Christ Kate. You are so irresponsible. Splashed all over the Mirror snorting lines off a CD case (which, by the way contained an unmixed Babyshambles album.) How terribly irresponsible, partying all night, why why why did you have to go get caught? Now look what's happening. Newspapers doing backflips admonishing their own drug habits and replacing them with sanctimonious lectures about someone who has more cool in their septum then they'll learn in a life time. How terribly irresponsible. With fashion week in NYC underway, and London about to kick off, surely this was an orchestrated gossip mill ready to be lashed into action. That's what EVERYONE will be talking about as they rub the bits they missed on their gums over the porcelain white of a toilet at the new Nobu (little known fact - toilets are white to make coke difficult to find. Buy a black toilet.) "Snffffff...seriously though...poor fucking Kate...like...snffff..ughhhahhh...scapegoat." "yeah...phhhfffff...I know...fucking nightmare." So as we all run after one of the only stars on the planet, the poor bitch is forced to do what no partier does. Apologise.

After completing an arty farty photography degree, this is as arty as I'll get... sorry guys. I don't care much about the 'meaning' behind a photograph if it doesn't appeal to the eye. The same way that I love pretty photos even if they have nothing 'deep' to say (like most of my photees actually) - These kinda remind me of LiveJournal icons that these kids make.. mind you, some of the icons they make are fantatic. ps. my camera is in the hospital. I hope it gets well soon.

Oxegen Backstage!!

Seeing that Alternative Ulster Magazine is already out featuring a spread with my backstage Oxegen photos (I actually still didn't even get a copy) I finally put some up on the site. is what all my equipment is.
broadband = (at the moment working VERY VERY slow, most of the time) Not working.
laptop = all the back cable connections are bwoken (might explain the slow non existant broadband)
camera = totally fucked. keeps giving me ERROR msgs, It's getting very embarrasing at this stage, because I look like a loser who can't take photos.
Studio light = I dropped it (and paid 130 squids to pay for a new bulb)
AAARGH! Thank God I'll be away for 3 weeks so can't take any jobs (but do ask me so I can turn you down, it feels great)

Anyway, here is some stuff of mine that has been published lately... Just some motivation to get ripped off and get my equipment fixed. And perhaps buy a second body (for the camera. Although I wouldn't mind one myself.)

Would love to try this one again properly. so that the lipstic on one side is totally straight and then totally smudged on the other. Maybe move in closer and make it more of a beauty shot. I still like this one though

I love the way D. looks in these and I love the make up. But I'm still not sure if they are quite finished. I have a lot to learn about beauty and make up shots especially retouching them is really hard because there is so much detail in the face. Some detail that should be there, and some details that needs to disappear.. For me it's really hard to find the balance.

Also shot Ruth as a bride for an advertisement which will be in the next issue of Irish Wedding Diary.

The most exciting thing about my pic being on the cover of the RTE Guide is that there was an ad for the guide on the telly this eve and so my pic was on the telly :-) I would next like to congratulate Una for her brilliant new career at The Tribune. I think we are all becoming serious adults with this whole working malarky! Well done dude I'm so proud of you..

Here is Nollnitton (no feckin clue what that means) with my photos of Sarah and Una's interview. it's published by HKM, which are the people who publish Totally Dublin Magazine. I can't believe my photo is on the cover of a magazine in Sweden. I'm now officially famous worldwide !
